I am a terrible blogger.  It was my goal to blog every day. I need to be better at that. Writing for me makes my day happier. I'm working hard to take care of myself and do what I enjoy so I need to make time for myself.  When you're a mom it's hard to take time for yourself but that's what I have to do. I love my family with all my heart but I need to do stuff for me. I used to crochet. I need to get back to that. I want to learn how to knit even though I am so uncoordinated with both hands.

Here's some crappy iphone pics of my boy for the past week.
We briefly tried the toddler bed.  Daddy put the crib back.  And we walked to the store in the snow.
 
We started playing with play-doh and we also started doing lessons which we will continue to do some sort every day.  We are preparing for preschool at 17 months lol.

For the past week my boy has been sick with pneumonia. It took three doctors visits and two antibiotics and now he's finally back to himself.  He has a few more days of medicine but I'm glad to see he's back to his normal, crazy hyper self. I'm so happy my boy is feeling better and kind of sad that I have to work today. But Daddy will take great care of that baby!

I had some not so great iphone pictures that I took in the dark kitchen last night of Ian playing with Play-doh.  Only  I can't post them because I suck at my iphone and ended up deleting all of my photos. I think i'll have to get Brett's assistance next time.

Since Christmas is only 52 days a way I am now starting to prepare and think about what I need to do yet. And really since I lost all my pictures for the past 2 months on my iphone :( I'll post a retro. Luckily I started shopping little by little a few months ago.

My name is Ashlee Marble.  I'm from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan but currently residing for the past several years in Escanaba, MI.  I'm enjoying my life with my partner Brett and our two boys Bryan (15) & Ian(16 months).  We have a crazy little corgi we call Gracie but Ian calls her Ga-Ga. I enjoy crocheting, photography and I would probably like knitting too if I could grasp the hang of it.

I do not own a photography business but I take pictures of friends and family sometimes.  I especially like to take pictures of my son Ian. I need to a better job of documenting his life that's part of the reason why I started this blog. I may grow with my photography in the future and expand but I'm not sure that's really an option yet.

This site may be a bunch of projects that I do not finish but at least I'll have fun starting them.  Hopefully this site will help me grow as a person and help me better document life.
